So, VMware finally announced two new intermediate certifications, see http://mylearn.vmware.com/mgrReg/plan.cfm?plan=16548&ui=www_cert for more information. It’s good that VMware inserted a new level between their entry level VCP program, and their architect level VCDX. Both the VCAP4-DCA (Datacenter Administrator) and the VCAP4-DCD (Datacenter Design) require a VCP4, but for those of us that have already taken both exams on the VI3 platform, it is a little disappointing. No VCAP3?
Oh well, at least we will get a discount on the new exams, when they are available. Should be July and August. Not too far away. Better get studying again.
